Just got a call from BMW of Sterling... They tell me the car is not going to be ready today.
I suspect that it's a damned good thing the car is still under warranty, removing the headliner and then repairing the clips looks like a positively arduous task.
Mental note: Next time, get a loaner with central locking. Finding all the locking buttons is a real PITA.
