Hi All,

I'm considering selling my E90 to move to an e93 or E82 convertible. We just miss not having a soft top around. I'll post better pictures later this week when it stops raining. The car is immaculate. I just had an oil service, brake fluid flush and new front brakes done.

Please feel free to email with questions or text at the number listed at the top of the post.

Thanks,

Josh

Whoa! You're following fast on my heels. What gives? I thought you loved this one.

BTW, I had a couple of people pester me hard about my selling out of state. If you like I can forward them to you.. I'm not sure if they were dead set on LMB though.

I do like it, a lot actually... if it was just to replace the M5 it would have been perfect. The problem is it was supposed to replace the m5 and our m3c and we miss the convertible (as can be seen in my incessant posting about them). I've narrowed it down to either a 135i convertible in MD or a 335i folding hardtop in NY and need to sell this to make the deal work.

The fact that your sold as quick as it did motivated me to get this posted.

FWIW, my car sold for $30,900 with a winter set, so figure about $30,500 without. It had 28k miles. It was LMB, but you have HK sound and performance exhaust...

I got strong response from craigslist and e90post.

I'd take a clean e46M over an e92/e93M any day. So much more fun and character. But you are coming out of an e36M so perhaps you are done with "old".

Let me know soon-ish if you change your mind.

Right now I'm planning to trade it if I end up pulling the trigger on the S4. If I don't do the S4, I'll just list it on Autotrader and bimmerfest.

It does have Bluetooth and it's an easy install to add satrad.

Your car (and equ's) both ended up being a little too rich for my budget... too bad, I would have been all over either one.

The speed that EQU's sold got me motivated. I posted this AM and have three interested potentials already. Two have appointments to check it out before Sunday. I'm shocked at the demand for good e90s

It's not just good E90s... you're getting the combo of 335, 6MT, M Sport demand. Also AWD is a big plus to some and even harder to find with the specs above.

There seem to be more 2007-2008 models out there but not as many LCI cars which are more desirable due to overall upgrades

Finding a manual e90 335 is very difficult. I tried for quite some time.

That's a nice looking E90. Do the photos do justice to the interior color? The leather looks a bit more orange in the pictures than I thought they actually came.

Definitely a niche car because of the AWD and manual, but it would make the right person very happy.

That photo didn't do any justice. They aren't orange at all, much more of a medium brown. This is closer:

I'm not having trouble finding them - it's finding RWD manual E90 335s that seems to be tough.

Sold. A very excited first time BMW owner picked it up today (the guy equ referred). He was a really nice kid. Down to two cars for the first time in a while. Hopefully adding an e61 on Wednesday, we'll see if it pans out...

Me too. I really appreciate equ passing on the lead and will definitely be picking up a drink tab if/when we meet up. There was a ton of interest in the car though. I posted it early on the 10th and before lunch had two potential buyers wanting to look at it. The guy that bought it came down on Friday with a $500 cash deposit in hand. If he didn't want it I had another guy lined up on Sunday and two others guys in my back pocket.

It's the car I've owned for the shortest amount time, just 11 months. When I bought it, it had 36,000 miles. I sold it with 52000. I broke down the costs, it came out to $320/month (buy + sales tax - sell /12 ). Seems like a pretty cheap lease for a nice car that was under full warranty for the year I owned it.

It had some really nice traits: great options, fun BMW feel on the right roads, quick, good transmission, decently comfortable. It was excellent this winter and got me through everything I needed it to w/ snows on it. On the down side, the ride was harsh and as equ has mentioned, truly unacceptable over big bumps and potholes. With the 135 in the garage, I'm really not sad to see it go at all.

I'm happy it worked out. He sounded like a nice kid and truly heartbroken that he had missed on my car. :)
