WAY COOL!! The duel exaust exiting in the center of the back bumper makes it hard to tow anything though. =P

if this is all true, that thing is BAD ASS.

BahnBaum

I got the one that rhymes with peep.

Yeah, the perfect storm of pending valuation and the fact that I couldn't bring myself to daily driving the M3 made me do it.

That and the freakin' torque.

What's the Chrysler/Dodge SUV? The Durango? It could be one of those.

Or it could be the Jeep since BB posted that it was while I was typing. :p

Not that I'd do it, but it seems that others have found a way around that.

When asked he said:

"alextbaum: more of a shot driving this then the bmw
alextbaum: :p"

Don't know what that means, but hopefully it'll end up being more than his M3. I got to drive it once and I've been driving for two years.

This car isn't his (realistic) dream car like the M3 though, so hopefully that means he'll be more generous when it comes to the "let your son drive an insanely powerful car" thing.

Right, dad? ;) ;)

No, it appears that on the grand cherokee (unlike the sedan based srt8s) just the traction control portion can be turned off.

There's some cheap aftermarket stuff that gives you a switch to defeat all stability control. But I don't see the need, at least for me. (And my sons).

No camera, unfortunately.

Let me just say that Montego blue is a really freaking cool color. Also, the 335 is stupid fast on the highway. And I hate the cupholders.

A more thorough review will come after I've had a chance to drive it more than 10 miles.

You'll have to negotiate with BMW FS's leasing department on that one.

I work for the government, I have simple needs.

Sitting in the driver's seat and making vroom-vroom noises should be just as good. :D
