Well... the MINI has sold...

We ended up with 2 offers within $100 of each other... We sold it to the second offer since the first one was not firm at the time (he lives in N. California, and had a friend look at it, and we hadn't heard back in over a day).

We did end up having one issue with it -- after we agreed to sell it, we took it in for a detail. The detail place ended up breaking the driver's seat -- they jammed it all the way back and the seatback would not adjust. They attempted to fix it, but made it worse -- we took it in to the MINI dealership this morning and they diagnosed the problem as a broken frame! Its a $350 part, plus 4 hours labor to fix, and the part was not in stock. The couple that wanted the car ended up picking up the car with the broken seat and we're dealing with the car wash to get the car repaired (we offered to delay the sale until it was fixed -- but she really wanted the car).
