I have noticed something very interesting when driving my E30 and my GT2.
Sometimes I have to go to the same client two days in a row, and if I drive the GT2 the first day, I normally just park it whereever I want, and I don't even have to give the valet the keys before going up to evelator from the garage. I usually will chat with the valet a little and answer their questions and what have you, and ask them if it was OK to leave it in the spot that I had parked (normally at the first level near them). It is never an issue with them demanding keys or asking me to park elsewhere.
The next day, I return in the E30, and for grins, tried to do what I did yesterday. The valets wouldn't have any of that.
And yes, it's the same guy. But it's as though he has never spoken to me the day before. I even would start the conversation with his name. Nope, it is literally like the conversation never took place.
On another note, some guy on 6speed just posted his cracked ceramic rotor that spanned three holes (which meant that he had to repalce the rotor). Hopefully this won't happen to me before I give the car back at lease end.:eeps:
