I have a Linksys BEFW11S4. Product info is here:

It's worked perfectly over the past couple of years, and I only replaced it because of the deal I got on my Vonage router. I have the unit and the power supply, but oddly enough, I can't find the box anywhere; something tells me I still have it, but who knows where it's hiding. At any rate, all of the documentation is available online through Linksys.
These things seem to go for around $20 on eBay, so I'll take that or any close offer. Pick up locally (you might even convince me to deliver), or pay a couple of bucks for Priority Mail.
