My friend is moving out of the country and needs to sell his e39 in the next month. I do know he did a lot of maintenance to it, including the cooling system. Very few of those miles are NYC. Here is his blurb:

Silver, black leather interior
Good condition generally. Single family owner (my dad bought it new), mostly dealer maintained, Cali car for several years, garage stored. 6 cd changer, sunroof. Tape deck!
Some small plastic parts broken, e. g. cup holders. Have good winter tires.
$3800 but quite negotiable as he is running out of time.
