Long shot, but maybe lemming or Zach know someone.
2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited $4500
(Copy/paste from my ad at work)
Loaded Limited model. Leather interior. Runs great. Silky-smooth engine. Superb winter car. Well-maintained with quality parts. Mobil 1 synthetic oil and OEM filter every 5k miles. Non-smoker. Great, reliable car. Too many cars, so sadly, it must go.
• 142k miles
• High-Output 4.7L V8 engine (Better performance than standard V8)
• Quadradrive II - The best AWD system from Jeep
• Power windows, locks, moonroof, seats & mirrors with memory, TPMS, computer, auto dimming mirror, and much more.
• Premium Michelin tires
• WeatherTech premium protective cargo mat
• Two sets of OEM keys/remotes (one set new)
• Maintenance: All (4) tie rods and alignment just done at 140k miles along with a new battery and wiper blades. OEM spark plugs, OEM coolant flush, OEM O2 sensor, new driver's window regulator, and new starter motor all done at around 125k miles.
• Clear title on hand.
Carmudgeons full disclosure: Heated seats don't work. A common problem, it's cured by re-soldering the coils, but I never had the motivation. The rear wiper motor was replaced a year ago but it seems to have stopped working again a few weeks ago. Airbag light is on but there is a recall on it. Waiting for the follow-up letter. The TPMS beeps on start-up asking for service but still works perfectly. I think that is about it. It will likely be due for brakes soon.
