i do not know what to think, but the only thing i focused on was the engine info. yippee! hope lives on for me. dunno about styling, but guess we'll see, won't we?

3.5L 290hp or 3.0L 250hp. that's more what i expect/want.

Yeesh, the more I read about the e90, the more worried I get. 290HP sounds great, but I'm conflicted on this new styling direction. I'll keep an open mind, I promise, but I've got a sinking feeling in my stomach....

Oh well, I'm due to get an '04, so I've got time to see what really happens with the next generation 3.

Something tells me I am going to hate this thing. It's ok, my 330i is great and I'll keep it forever as my daily driver. By the time I get "bored" with it, hopefully I'll be able to buy some kind of a roadster, and that should keep me happy for many, many years.

until official photos are released, i'm just going to trust that BMW is aware that this is their bread and butter car and won't get too crazy.

i have to moderate my response to the apparent ugliness of the car because i still like the e30 and e36; i absolutely hated the e46 when it first came out. now it's pleasing to the eye in my book.
