Any guesses as to what will happen this time? If there is no ///M sedan, will we get a bunch of folks who think they made their 330i into an E90 M3?

that's just a 330 with SP :dunno:

When the E46 ZHP came out, did you tell the people at the 3-series forum that? :)

no, because it wasn't :?

Neither is this:

Any guesses as to how much the wheels+tires will weigh this go-around? In keeping with precedent, I'm guessing around 60 lbs per corner.

Captain and bono-

You kids need to use more words to explain your POVs or you'll be at this all day (unless that's what you secretly want-which I suspect with bono).

It's like what we say to our 2-year old - "USE YOUR WORDS!"

All for looks...no extra HP to come out of it and I highly doubt it will come to the US this soon. BMW NA will save it for when 3-Series sales begin to slow down. That won't happen for a few years. :eeps:

does anyone else understand what cpt's link has to do with an e90 zhp?

but the pic I posted is a 330 with SP, and yours isn't

Wow, this is 'Fest/Toadfly/E46Fanatics levels of obstinacy.

BTW: If you had bothered to read one of the links in the original post, you would know that it's talking about something other than a ZSP.

It's actually somewhat hard to concentrate on your posts. I usually get distracted by Jeremy Clarkson's skin being blown off his face.

BTW, WTF was he thinking riding that thing without a helmet?

There are some other, far more funny/distracting gifs out there, but they often fall into the NWS category.

And the Atom segment would have been 10x less entertaining had he worn a helmet.

cpt's post looks more like the UK clubsport model that was all show and no go --the ZHP was different because it actually has a hotter cam, new ECU plus the clubsport appearance package.

Seems like this is a watered-down version - they get the bloated sticker with exterior/suspension/wheel enhancements, but no word on engine or interior.

But this is de rigueur by manufactures nowadays (trying to keep the interest up in products). Witness what Ford will do with the new Mustang.

The E90 is a fat f'ck. One of my neighbors has one dressed in black and it looks portly as hell.

I have no desire to even test one, much less buy one, no matter what the package...

man, oh man.

i'm beginning to feel like one of the moderates nowadays.

I thought that was Ahnold in Running Man.

How can you possibly know the correct line if you can't see what's next?

Nevermind...It looks like the car is still in the turn-in stage, judging from the way the front suspension is compressed. So that means the apex hasn't even come up yet and the car may still be dialing into the turn.

WTF are you guys doing using my pic without my express written permission...and then Hack has the nerve to criticize my expert track day driving skillz (yo!). ;)

That's turn one at Summit Point, and although I did have trouble braking from 120mph to about 45mph and turning in, you are basically supposed to be on the concrete patch, so I wasn't really off line in the pic. :P

Coming to NJ on Sunday to meet the plazzzzster? The E30 is open for codrives too. :eeps: Elwood expressed no interest now that he's an r-compound whore. ( :flipoff: if you're reading Elwood :) )

Yeah, it's me. That's the one day I drove Summit Point in my E46. I drove it in my old E34 as well...

I saw in another post that Plaz is showing up for his first autocross. Gasp...he's had his Bilstein PSS9 coilovers and forged BBS wheels for how long and this is his first autocross? At least his car is prepared. (Where's the stickpoke emoticon around here?). :)

As much as I'd like to meet Plaz after all these years of reading his posts, my next scheduled appearance at a NJ autocross is about a month or so away.

I know...I show no committment to improving my half assed skillz. :dunno:
