Check your caliper guide-bolts.

It could also be normal. I constantly hear a light "scratching" sound when my racing pads are on AFTER events. Can't hear it when the window is up. When I swap the OEM pads back in for street driving it goes away. Could be the lips of the rotor is catching the edge of the pad. Could also be after the caliper's released, the pad is caught on something and now is angled in toward the rotors and causing it to rub.

Try swapping pads first, and if that doesn't help put some anti-seize on the caliper guide bolt.
