From that snippet you quoted I didn't infer that. He's just saying it may not be completely, 100% new.

Again... who cares how much of the car is new? You either like it, or you don't.

Yep... makes me remember a post on Roadfly in '01 where the poster stated that they thought the e46 was just a facelift of the e36... :lol:

Well, the E46 had essentially the same suspension as the E36 cars except that the front hubs were all new. For the E90 they've added yet another link to the rear, and the front is more like the old 5-series.
