I'm a dot
You look good driving that bus, clyde. Hey, it's even a stickshift.

Good luck. Stay away from the cones.
Visualize your runs on the course......I hear if you make engine noises while you imagine the course it helps :P
Driving to Houston?
Have fun, a great town.
Good luck!
(Remember they don't pronounce it "Howstun" down there.)
Driving to Houston?

It's only 1400+ miles....that should go quickly driving alone :speechle:

The drive went okay.
We each took a half dozen runs on the practice course. I like our chances.
We shall see.

thanks
the big test comes sunday/monday.. :speechle:
Put some sunscreen on, you will roast this weekend on that lot.
A nice venue, though too far from Houston, IMO. You can go to the beach though. :bigpimp:

put the sunscreen on today. seems to have worked.
I think the hotel is in the Houston city limits, but not *in* Houston. I think I'm in Dave 330s 'hood. I was on NASA St (or somehting like that) and passed what I thought was Space Cadet Way (but was actually Space Center or something like that) :D
Was going to fabricate a post about a black 328Ci that passed me between New Orleans and Houston going 130ish... :eeps:

Clear Lake area probably.
Yea, that is way outside of civilization, er...downtown. The city limits exend out quite aways.
If you changed New Orleans to Dallas, the gag would have been better ;) I did 187 in that part of I-45S one Sunday morning

I have to say, though, that the people at the event (who are almost all from Texas) have been a great bunch. I've really enjoyed it here.
Now if only I can catch up to Mark... :eeps:

Houston, huh? Damn, you're all over place. I haven't been following closely while I'm travelling around CA.
You actually drove? And without stopping to see the sights along the way? :outtaher:

Well, if I don't find it there, perhaps I will find it in Peru, IN; Toledo, OH; Oscoda, MI; Toledo again or Topeka? If not, there's always next year. :dunno:
