It has been advertised in the last couple of issues of GRM. Looks interesting...I don't know why but I have a lot of trouble keeping my seat belt tight. I even tried putting the seat way back, cinching the belts and then moving the seat up, but it still comes loose. This looks like a simple, quick fix.

how is this different than those clips used to secure seat belts for child seats? (those clips won't work on the E46 though...)

yanking the seat belt has worked for me...

The reason that moving the seat back locking the belt and then moving the wseat forward doesn't work is that the lower outboard anchor moves along with the seat base. If you recline instead of move the base, that method will work better...but moreso for the chest than than the waist. That's what I've been doing, but after the Evo school, I think I may stop doing that getting the CG Lock. (Looking far enough ahead means a LOT of upper body movement at times.)

The CG Lock works on the waist part (so far as I can tell). Brian Garfield (one of the local SCCA hotshoes that is usually in a Cooper S) has been using it and seems to love it...but I think they are sponsoring him now. :dunno:
