I've currently got 16 year old Pirelli P6's on the 2002 and could use a new set of rubber.... (yes - 16 year old tires..... :? )
Well... The P6's have suited my well but just won't wear out...... Granted I've probably put only 15,000 miles on them since new and now they probably hard as a rock.....
From a safety point of view - I think I might just toss the old rubber and start with fresh ones... Maybe I can get 16 years out of them too.....
Either way - The 2002 is going to be driven 98% in fair weather so rain performance isn't really an issue.
So - Here's a pic of them and any thoughts are appreciated... first hand experience or otherwise....
