That's a pretty hot setup, and the prices are unbelievably reasonable--of course, it's in MN.

Not at all the same as far as I can tell, aside from the fact that you stuff your car there. You can't do anything with that space.

Pretty cool.

One of our past clients came in and wanted us do design something similar. We did some preliminary schematic lay outs but then, nothing. Never heard back from him. Not entirely sure what happened.
