I've been in twice now and it's no better :(
Well, I have a different noise now. :irate:

Before it squealed horribly from right at startup for around 5 minutes. After $2300 or so (to be fair, that also included a front left CV joint), it is now silent at startup but after 15 seconds or so it sounds like a diesel, or marbles in a blender.

So far they've changed the bracket, tensioner, alternator, belts, and water pump. I have to take it back for another go-round. Fortunately, they offer a lifetime warranty on the work.
