to the best of my recollection right now, one wheel has a scratch.

the other three are excellent.

i'm thinking like $150 for the set?

they could be good beater wheels for people in snowy climates.

if i remember, these wheels are 16x8, offset is +38mm and they weigh 15.9 apiece. i could be a little off, so do not hold me to those numbers exactly.

they look really good on xiT's.

I'll take those for $150!

you really want them?

ebay is too painful for me to deal with since there are relative unknowns and i hate that.

ebay is too painful for me to deal with since there are relative unknowns and i hate that.I think almost any of us would take them for $150... But I'd feel guilty doing that when I have no use for them whatsoever.

I'd suggest bringing them around to CCA events and whatnot. I sold my SSR Integrals to a guy I met at an autox.

I'm not up on my BBS pricing, but $150 for RKs sounds a little, er, a whole lot low...

:dunno:

:dunno:

they are four years old and not in mint condition.

plus they are an odd size at 16x8.

that is all.

if i was looking to make money, i wouldn't list 'em here. just trying to make space in the garage and those, at least, are worth something because the tires on them are terrific, too.

with tires?

Man, I wish I could justify another set of wheels for the wagon...but I really can't...even at that price. :(

$150 for BBS wheels with tires? :awe:

Do you have any 18" tires laying around? :p

I'll take them if they got the MINI bolt pattern. :)

not sure if Nick wants 'em. but the wheels were bought 3.5 years ago? from the tirerack.

they have pretty new toyo's on 'em now, the proxes 4.

and yeah, i wasn't kidding about the price. i don't foresee myself ever needing them again since i've moved on to subies for awhile and the bolt pattern and offset isn't amenable to the cars i have now.

obviously, it's $150 plus shipping, so it's still cheap, but it helps me, too, feel like i'm "cleaning" out stuff.

Nick told me to buy them. I talked to my wife. She's not totally opposed.

I'm just having trouble justifying it. I shouldn't, but I am. The RKs would be a lot easier to clean than the 73s, wouldn't they?

Plus, after lemming's generosity with the roof rack, I'd really feel like I'm taking advantage.

I'd buy them if I had any use for them at all...

But all I could do with them is sell them. And I can't say that I'd regard that as completely ethical.

I'd get them if they fit anything I have around. Go for it.

Yeah. I'm thinking they'd probably fit our convertible as well. But lemming has been damn generous to me as well and, yeah, it feels like taking advantage.

Hey lemming, can I have your Z06 for 50 bucks?

Frankly, if it wasn't because it's you, I'd say it's a scam. You could EASILY fetch twice that.

you taking the wheels then?

why don't i take pictures of all 4 wheels so you can see what sort of shape they're in right now. then you can decide. they ain't perfect, partner. they've been used.

and i hate dealing with ebay. i hate strangers.

it is not taking advantage because it spreads goodwill and trust and it helps me feel like i did something useful. hoarding things i will never use is not useful to me.

it actually helps me out.

Let me talk to my wife tonight and make sure she's okay with it.

okay, guys.

just keep them in mind.

they're collecting dust and taking up space in the basement.

i would like to use that space in the basement for something more constructive.
