This is a complete solution to hardwire XM radio into E34, E36, E39, E46 (and other models using the same CD changer input) and still be able to use a CD changer.

This setup is based on the one adapter (from Blitzsafe) that I know of that allows you to connect both an XM Radio tuner AND a CD changer into the stock BMW trunk CD changer pre-wire input.

I am offering that adapter, the compatible Pioneer XM tuner (w/display-controller) and the compatible Alpine 6-disc CD changer plus a Terk XM antenna. Everything you need to have XM hardwired in your BMW.

These items were installed in my E36 M3 and, other than a few minor scratches on the Pioneer display-controller face, are like new. It's been in my E36 since Oct 2002.

Here are two threads from around the time of install:

This adapter will not work with the OEM BMW changer. That is why I had to install the Alpine changer myself and that is why I am including it here.

Should work on Minis, too.
