Hi All -

Had a great time at the event that was support races for the Grand Am Cup and Daytona/Rolex races at PIR. We got 2 class wins and only suffered minor damage to the car (left rear fender), as the highlight of the club races was our driver, Geoff Auberlen, in our stock class car holding off an e36 D-Mod and a 6 series A-Mod car. More detailed descriptions on a 'fest thread, but I certainly welcome any discussion/questions here.

Hey scott, any chance of getting some video clips of you guys? I would love to be able to show you off to some buddies!

other than that, what is your team's website?

Hey Dred -

I think the mechanic may have a video clip from a digicam. I hope to see him at B'fest. Ralph Warren had some in car from Fontana, but I haven't gotten a hold of that either. I'll have to see if he has that.

I haven't created a web site either. Just been to hectic. It's amazing - even at the pace that we're doing races (only 2 so fare this year), I never realized how much prep/repair/maint. activity has to go on between races. The car is in the shop now for radiator, shifter, window motor, brakes, etc. I think that it is compounded this first year because we're 1) doing things to improve the car and 2) doing things that would have probably been done already by the previous owner had he not known he wouldn't have the car any longer. :(
