accelerates so hard it's frightening and it's the first car i've driven that i can actual say that being street legal is STUPID.

i don't understand why people up the power on these things.

this is the only car i've ever owned that yawns at me. i doubt i'll find its limit until trackday. too much grip. too much power. great steering feel.

shifts horribly, though.

Well, eventually you'll find the power to be "just normal." I mean, it will never be NORMAL, but you'll grow accustomed to it.

A friend of mine just installed a cam in his Z06. He says it's just ridiculous.

had a nice visit with a polite young man in massachusetts jodhpurs and blue flashing lights today.

evidently, accelerating brusquely from a tollboth into the flow of traffic is severely frowned upon. all i got was a nice warning and a check for insurance and the like.

one of my neighbors is a statie. i have an excellent rapport with them in general.

:-)

not so excellent with the constables from weston, natick and wellesley. i swear those guys just stop me to make sure i'm of an acceptable "profile".
