Concour "ringer"

So I found a ringer for this years Concour.

Kolohe's friend has an immacualte E28, like 40K original miles!
She has no idea what the car is just "A BMW". She got it when her folks passed.

Anyway I've got her to agree to let me detail it and enter it in the local Concour, the interior is white and doesn't even look sat in! My jaw dropped when I saw the car. It just sits at her house under a car cover.

Guaranteed trophy material! I'll post photos.

I have a friend in CA that bought a couple of E21's and wanted something bigger. I turned him on to the E28's and now he's hooked. He does all his own work on his cars and just loves how easy it is to work on (more or less anyway.....)

Yeah, me toooooo.

Every time I get down to visit, the car is in the garage under a cover. I 'suggest' it's time for an "Italian Tune-up" but he says he just washed it and it's [foggy, rainy, had rained... and so on] so it isn't appropriate to drive right then.
