Why didn’t anyone tell me you could get Pepita?

I like the changes they’ve made to the design but at 129k for a basic build on the 4S, I am definitely not in the market.

Yeah the Pepita is new for the facelift. As is Oak Green as an exterior color choice! Surprised it didn't get the new cc setup from the Cayenne and Macan EV with the hard switches. I also tried building a basic CT4 and it got to about 120k. Can't justify that for a car that'll lose 1/2 that value in 3 years. But very tempted.

Let’s all wait for them to be Certified -

My emerging experience with the older e-hybrid is that I really like this approach. Functionally it works really well. And price-wise, Certified makes so much sense.

For sure. It does seem like Porsche dealers ask a big premium for CPO though so I’m not sure how much you actually save buying one and keeping until the end of the warranty vs buying new and keeping through end of warranty. But then again ive not tried actually buying a CPO and negotiating the price down (from what I’ve seen the prices run about 10k too high) Unfortunately the wagons are few and far between so not sure how much luck I’d have if I ever decided to pull the trigger

The cheapest CPO wagon currently for sale is a pink 22 with 28k mikes for 86k in Marin. Doesn’t seem like a great deal. Also difficult to find one with a decent set of options ; many don’t even have a basic feature like adaptive cruise!

Think the only reason they did this is to say they can beat Tesla Plaid and Lucid Sapphire. I do wonder if any buyer will really want this or if it will just be bought as a way to get an allocation for a 911 GT model... I actuallly like EVs and the Taycan in general, but I find these ultra performance versions kinda boring and pointless tbh

Totally agree. It's a really dumb arms race.

A $250k car is not in my future. And if it were, it would not be a Taycan.

Yep..if this is bought at all it will by people who have like 10+ cars and 250k is the equivalent of like $250 to one of us.
