hoping some guesses on what I can sell this for to a private party since you guys seem to be used car value experts:D Just got it professionally detailed inside and out last week for my wifes xmas present so snapped some pics today(already dirty:mad2:)

2002 325iT-
~83k miles

options:
steel grey metallic paint
black leatherette
sport package
xenons

One minor accident, wife clipped the front fender backing out of the garage. Fixed and you cannot tell it was ever damage, see below pic.

MT with no sunroof, hard sell for the average bmw buyer but I think there are some people who want this setup.

KBB says 12,290 for good condition

TIA

I'll be in the market in about 13 months...

Other than that I can't think of anybody I know that's in the market. Sorry.

I have no idea what 325s are worth. ZHPs coming off lease are around $26 - 28k.

I looked around autotrader, ebay, and cars.com. It looks like your car is priced around what everyone else is asking.

thanks, that was not my price but Kelly Blue Books I got off the web.

That's BMW's retail CPO price. Normal prices are much lower, from what I've seen.

If I'm major, I'm introducing a bill to rename the city ASAP.

No wonder there is no tax base. Who would live in a place call Placentia?

Not here for the type of cars I was looking for (zhp with sp and pp (don't ask) in a darker color or maybe imola red and the 6 speed). The used BMW specialists were all about the same price for the same quality car. But car resale prices are typically higher here then everywhere else for some reason. They sell within a week at $27k unless they are really beat up.

I was never a fan, especially on darker color cars.

It depends on the color of the car. I don't like it on that.

That car would easily still go for $12,900 today if not more. EAG might even come calling. Funny how the market for manual wagons has gotten hot.

and I sold it for less then I should of at the time:irate:

Was trying to be nice to someone I sort of knew and it did not work out well, lesson learned.
