I think the right answer is to tell this car goodbye. I've always liked E24s, but this color doesn't take me down sentimental street. Plus, it sounds like the reserve is high, so you don't really have to be on the dawn patrol to find a better deal. If I had seven wishes, though, I might ask for a nice red M6.

As was explained to me by an owner of one of these, it's the BMW with the worst front to rear weight balance.

Personally, I never liked the styling of these, front and rear overhangs are too great for a BMW.

28k is a lot for that car.
